Commercial Cleaning Services

Office Cleaning Package:
​$205-350
This package can be done Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly or On-Call. Time will be determined after initial walkthrough, hours depend on the size of office and services needed.

The breakroom area will include:

• Scrubbing and sanitizing sinks and counters
• Cleaning surfaces and outsides of appliances
• Cleaning inside the microwave and stove upon request
• Cleaning floors and baseboards

The bathroom area will include:

• Scrubbing and disinfecting toilets, tubs, shower, sinks and counter tops.
• Spend extra time on buildup areas such as showers, bathtubs, sinks
• Clean shower doors, mirrors and polish chrome

All rooms will get the following:

• Dust all furniture and miscellaneous items
• Dust and wipe all windowsills, baseboard’s, doors, light switches, outlets
• Clean all glass surfaces
• Vacuum/Mop all floors, carpets, rugs and stairs
• Removal of any cobwebs
• Clean any above light fixtures/fans
• Vacuum sofas, chairs and under seat cushions
• Tidy up where is needed

Prices subject to change upon walk through and evaluation of work needed.

I also offer additional services which can be added onto any of my packages. The fee will vary based on which additional services you would like to add.

• Windows - Small-$25, Medium-$50, Large-$75. Flat Rate
• Carpet cleaning (​Prices vary per square foot) - 150 sq. ft.-$75 , 300 sq. ft - $150,  500 sq. ft. - $250
• Upholstery cleaning  - Small-$50, Medium-$100, Large-$150. Flat Rate
• Inside oven - $50-100
• Inside fridge - $25-50
• Washing of walls - $100-200
• Garage cleaning - $50-100
• Basement cleaning - $75-100
